- Services and License
We provide access to a cloud-based SaaS platform and services for customer engagement through AI agents. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform. - User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services legally and responsibly. You must maintain the security of your account and credentials. - Fees and Billing
All fees are communicated upfront. Subscriptions may auto-renew. You agree to our billing schedule unless canceled per your agreement. - Restrictions
Do not:
- Use the platform to send unlawful or deceptive messages
- Reverse engineer or misuse our software
- Infringe intellectual property or violate laws
- Data and Privacy
Use is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to data processing, including for analytics and service improvement. - Termination
We may suspend access for violation of terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your account. - Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. - Disputes
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. You agree to resolve disputes via Hong Kong courts. - Modifications
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
